I stood alone on the courts at South Towns Tennis & Pickleball, mid-summer, and strangely quiet. No laughter, no bouncing balls—just stillness. It felt like the perfect moment to pause, breathe, and speak directly to you: our ROGace families—past, present, and soon-to-be.
I’m Coach Wojtek, and I’m overwhelmed with gratitude as we head into our seventh season. Seven seasons of shared sweat, smiles, and small-but-mighty steps toward something greater than just tennis.
But this post—and this season—is not just about looking back.
It’s about what’s ahead.
Realigning with Purpose
Over the past few months, we’ve been working behind the scenes to bring ROGace into sharper alignment with the mission that started it all: Helping families raise extraordinary children through timeless principles and the pursuit of excellence in tennis.
Our core values—joy, excellence, resilience, and gratitude—aren’t changing. But the way we bring them to life? That’s evolving.
You won’t see a “new ROGace.” You’ll see a stronger, more intentional one. A program more devoted to you—the parents—and your children’s growth on and off the court.
New Website, New Blog, New Energy
One of the biggest updates is our brand-new website—a clean, purpose-driven hub that showcases who we are and how we serve. I’m genuinely proud of how it turned out.
We’re also launching this very blog—where you’ll find:

– Local Organization Spotlights: Featuring partners who embody the same heart and values we aim to live by.
Each story is a chance to reflect, to learn, and to see that it’s never just about tennis—it’s about transformation.

At ROGace, we’re not chasing medals. We’re shaping mindsets. We’re helping young people fall in love with movement, effort, learning—and most importantly, becoming the kind of person who lifts others up.
That’s why we’re calling this next chapter “Bright Futures Over Trophies.” And we mean it.
