ROGace and South Towns Tennis & Pickleball Clubs’ membership includes access to a MONTHLY house charge account to be used for services and Pro Shop purchases. EACH MONTH the Electronic Funds Transfer, “EFT” system will process and pay in full the previous month’s house charges. Customers should log in to system to view personal charges on statement. Full payment is due by the 5th of each month; non-payment will result in charging Credit Card on the 6th of each month. We reserve the right to process all charges, including finance fees, on your credit card each month and suspend membership and further charges to house account if payment is declined. All student memberships will be guaranteed in full by a parent or guardian. Signature of parent or guardian required below.

Financial Obligation: House charge privileges are available only to active members of South Towns Tennis and Pickleball. Non-members cannot use a house charge and must pay the program fee directly. For members, unpaid house charges will receive a 2% finance charge on the last day of each month. To avoid the charge, pay the full balance each month by check, cash, or EFT.

Parent/Guardian Waiver, Release and Indemnification Agreement and Photo Release * ROGace and South Towns Tennis and Pickleball, including their owners, employees, coaches, staff, independent contractors, and representatives, are called the "Organizations" below. Tennis instruction, practices, matches, events, and related program activities are called the "Activities." I give permission for my child to participate in the Activities. I understand that participation has risks, including injury, illness, contact with other participants, equipment, facilities, food allergens, and conditions outside the Organizations' control. I accept these risks and confirm that my child is able to participate. To the fullest extent allowed by law, I release and hold harmless the Organizations from claims, costs, or expenses related to participation in the Activities, except where the law does not allow it. I agree to defend and indemnify the Organizations against claims caused by my child's participation or by my or my child's actions. I understand that the Organizations are not responsible for giving medication to my child. I am responsible for telling the Organizations about allergies, medical conditions, or needed precautions. I give the Organizations permission to use photos, video, and other images of my child in ROGace and South Towns Tennis and Pickleball communications, websites, social media, advertising, and promotional materials without payment or additional approval. I give up the right to review or approve the finished materials.

Make-up classes will only be scheduled during the last week of the session. Each player will be eligible for one make-up date for each class that they are signed up for in a session. For example, if a player is signed up for one class, they will be eligible to participate in one make-up class, and if a player is signed up for two classes in a given session, they’re eligible for two make-up classes. Players do not need to report their absence, but it would be kindly appreciated. During the 7th week of a session, ROGace will send out the weekly schedule for available make-up classes.

Refunds for missed classes or withdrawing from a session will only be granted to players with documented long-term (3+ weeks) medical-related reasons (make-ups are available for the classes missed due to cold etc.). Scheduling conflicts, vacations, inclement weather cancellations, etc. do not qualify for refunds. Approved refunds will be prorated and made in the form of an account credit that may be applied towards a future session.
