Payment & Reservation Policy

Once we receive a registration, we will review and process it promptly. After processing, an invoice will be sent to the email provided.

The registration will serve as a temporary reservation for seven (7) days from the date the invoice is issued. To confirm the spot, full payment must be received within that seven-day window.

If payment is not received within seven days, the reservation may be released and offered to another family.

Liability Waiver

I give permission to my child(ren) or I to participate in any and all activities of the ROGace Tennis Program. I understand that ROGace, its staff, or independent contractors are not responsible for any injuries or harm incurred by my child’s or my involvement in this sport. All participants must consult a doctor before participating in any sports activity and take the necessary precautions.

In addition, ROGace is not responsible for the administration or assistance in the administration of any drug, medication, or medical device, whether prescription or over the counter, to or for any person or guest regardless of age or capacity. If there are any allergies or medical conditions, the participant, parent, or guardian is solely responsible for managing the condition and administering any required medication.

Refund / Prorate Policy

No refunds or prorating for missed classes. This is a 6-week program that includes an additional 7th free week to account for rain days, makeups, or similar interruptions.

Social Media (Optional)

I give permission to ROGace to use my child’s likeness, image, or video clips in promotional and training materials. These may include website content, social media posts, advertisements, posters, and printed promotional materials.

Personal information such as last name, age, school attended, or address will never be included alongside any photo or likeness.

Selecting “No” simply opts out of this permission and will not affect registration or enrollment in the ROGace Tennis Program.

By registering, I certify that all of the acknowledgements and releases above are valid through the end of August 2026.
